Appointments & Cancellations:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.
Treatment Results:

Outcomes may vary depending on individual skin type, body composition, and lifestyle factors. Nova Aesthetics by 13380360 Canada Inc does not guarantee specific results.
Health & Safety:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information prior to treatments. Nova Aesthetics by 13380360 Canada Inc is not liable for adverse effects resulting from withheld or inaccurate information.
Pricing & Promotions:

Prices, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined.
Liability:

Clients are advised not to bring valuables to the spa, as Nova Aesthetics by 13380360 Canada Inc cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal belongings. By receiving services, clients release Nova Aesthetics by 13380360 Canada Inc and its staff from liability for outcomes within reasonable professional standards.
